In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining daily workflow, running and clearing conflict checks, and making adjustments for clients for any matters that arise! - 1 + years of NBI and conflicts experience within a Law Firm setting
- Running conflict reports & analysis
- Reviewing engagement letters
- Clearing conflicts/advising attorneys
- Matter opening decision-making!
- Ability to compile, review, determine, and clearly communicate conflicts issues
- Previous experience with computerized conflicts and workflow software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the use of online databases and resources (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet and Secretary of State websites)
