What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred)

• Ability to provide classroom support and assist students with daily activities

• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and instructional support

• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed

• Support students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment

• Monitor students during classroom, playground, lunch, and transition periods

• Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities
