Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video platforms, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their concerns.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively tailor treatment to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold one of the following unrestricted licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions in your professional history.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, with the potential for additional performance-based incentives. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
