Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions during video or telephonic therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives personalized care.

• Work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support, encouragement, and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities based on client preferences and presenting issues, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client sessions, treatment progress, and any relevant clinical insights within our secure electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
