Accounts Payable Specialist

Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for full-cycle AP processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle accounts payable , including invoice entry through payment
- Perform three-way match (PO, invoice, receiving)
- Code invoices accurately to appropriate GL accounts and cost centers
- Prepare and process check runs , ACH, and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end close
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Strong understanding of three-way matching and invoice coding
- Experience with accounting systems and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
