Job Description Job Description Job Details: * Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) | Clinic * Location: New Hope, Minnesota * Schedule: Day Shift | 10 hours/day Hours: 80 hours per 2-week pay period * Weekends & On-Call: None * Employment Type: Permanent | Full - time - Direct Hire * Pay Range: $22.23 - $27.37 per hour (based on years of experience) + Benefits Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support providers and manage patient flow throughout the clinic. Patients range from infants to geriatric populations, requiring individualized and collaborative care. -> Responsibilities * Room patients and obtain vital signs * Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed * Collect laboratory specimens and perform phlebotomy as needed * Provide telephone support and assist with prescription refills * Support front desk/check-in activities * Order and stock supplies * Assist with prior authorizations * Perform clinic laboratory tests * Perform x-ray duties if certified and assigned -> Required Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP) OR * Graduate of an accredited RMA program with on-the-job experience and successful RMA certification * Previous clinical experience * Current BLS certification -> Benefits * Comprehensive health and welfare benefits * 401(k) match or pension plan (based on eligibility) * Generous PTO * Tuition reimbursement * Adoption reimbursement * Child care discount program * 24/7 fitness center access MR Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
