Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing solution-based interventions and best practices in psychotherapy.

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions, applying various approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methodologies tailored to patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records adhering to HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance quality of care and share valuable insights with colleagues.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health challenges, therapeutic options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

• Manage a diverse caseload, setting and reviewing treatment goals systematically to track patient progress and outcomes.

• Uphold ethical standards and professional guidelines as articulated by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and other relevant organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with adults and families who are dealing with terminal illness and facing end-of-life challenges. Your role will support their emotional well-being and help them cope with grief and loss while ensuring family members have the necessary resources and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a clinical social work setting, particularly focusing on psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
