Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions that employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions focusing on topics such as anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to enhance client engagement and recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support during acute mental health episodes, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
