Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing appropriate evaluation techniques to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Develop comprehensive, patient-centric treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and measurable outcomes based on individual health status and rehabilitation needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities that promote healing and functional mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient status or feedback.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, exercises, and self-management techniques to foster engagement and independence.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop cohesive care strategies and facilitate effective communication about patient progress and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to relevant state practice acts and facility policies, contributing to a culture of safety and compliance.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, ensuring accurate billing and communication across the care continuum.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of adult and elderly patients suffering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy.
• Must hold a current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, with the possibility of starting with a temporary permit.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• Strong understanding of age-specific care considerations across the lifespan, with an ability to adapt treatments accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits
