Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide compassionate therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aimed at fostering client growth and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and inform best practices for clinical documentation.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, facilitating a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of services provided, sharing effective strategies and insights with fellow team members.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, equipping them with resources to better support their mental wellness.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health, integrating new strategies into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and experiences, and as such, you will employ culturally competent practices to ensure each client receives tailored support that respects their individual context.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice in the form of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, able to adapt interventions to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, essential for creating effective treatment strategies.
