Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily focusing on school-based services. As an LCSW, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, school administrators, and clinical peers, to provide a seamless continuum of care. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs to determine appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with educators to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies for students requiring additional assistance.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with students, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Work closely with families, providing education and resources to aid in their child’s mental health journey.

• Monitor progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss case management strategies and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents within the school system. You will address a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and crisis interventions. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
