Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to each student's unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular collaboration with school staff and external professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to establish coordinated care strategies that support student well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to students in distress, ensuring immediate support and appropriate follow-up.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops, support groups, and group therapy sessions focused on promoting mental health awareness and coping skills among students.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age who present with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related responses. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
