Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Well Span Health Network, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for couples and families, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various psychological and emotional issues affecting your clients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
\n
• Facilitate open communication between family members to help resolve conflicts, promote understanding, and improve relationships.
\n
• Assist clients in coping with transitional periods such as separation, divorce, and remarriage, while addressing associated adjustment challenges.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide therapy for families dealing with complex issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
