Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience with documented success in individual and group therapy.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based interventions, and the ability to champion culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
