Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer for Legal AI Evaluation

Apply your restructuring and insolvency judgment to evaluate AI-generated legal work on realistic matters. You will review blinded deliverables, compare their quality, and document clear, specific reasoning for your preferences. Role Overview
This is an expert-review engagement supporting a blinded human-preference study for legal AI. The work focuses on restructuring and insolvency matters, including Chapter 11 first-day motions, Section 363 sales and bid evaluation, cross-class plan treatment, and plan objections.
Key Responsibilities- Read a synthetic legal matter and its underlying documents.
- Review six blinded AI-generated deliverables, labeled A through F, for each matter.
- Complete five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output.
- Select the preferred work product and provide a short, specific written rationale for each preference.
- Assess work holistically for correctness, completeness, legal judgment, and practical usefulness.
- Qualified lawyer with substantive experience in restructuring and insolvency practice, including the stated practice areas.
- Precise written English skills.
- Ability to work independently from written instructions and meet deadlines.
- Approximately 18 hours of work across the engagement.
- One matter, a full first-day motions package, is materially larger than the others.
- All work is subject to a nondisclosure agreement.
- External AI tools may not be used with any project materials.
$100 to $120 per hour.
