Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions via secure video chat, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates your availability.

• Evaluate clients upon intake, utilizing standardized assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable adult clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Our goal is to provide support to individuals who are actively seeking help, thereby fostering a positive therapeutic relationship that emphasizes growth, resilience, and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active independent license in the state of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency with digital technologies and virtual therapy tools.
\n
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for effective treatment planning and implementation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an online or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year , commensurate with your level of experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, full-time therapists receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support overall well-being.
