A well-established firm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support daily office operations. This role is fully onsite and requires strong reliability, a consistent schedule, and a proactive approach to getting things done. This is a permanent (direct hire) administrative job in Tulsa, OK.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Open office each morning and ensure readiness for the day
- Manage incoming communications, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal requests
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information
- Print, label, and mail client correspondence
- Transmit electronic tax filings and verify successful submission
- Proven dependability with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a consistent, structured onsite schedule - Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - specifically Word & Excel
- 2+ years of recent experience in an administrative role with exposure to answering phones
