Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, including monitoring, assessment, and documentation
- Administer medications and manage treatments per physician orders and clinical protocols
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans
- Document in the electronic medical record system (EPIC) and ensure accurate, up-to-date patient records
- Float to all med-surg areas as needed, maintaining high standards of safety and patient education
- Ensure patient safety, deliver age-appropriate care, and support families and caregivers as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of med-surg RN experience
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- Nursys license verification and ability to provide a certification card
- Resume with no gaps greater than 60 days; include references
- Ability to float to all medical-surgical units and work effectively in a hospital setting; profile must include demographic information and a badge-photo

Education
- Graduate from an accredited RN program; active RN licensure required
