Property Management Coordinator

Full-Time | Mostly In-Office | Some Hybrid Flexibility Boston Property Care is seeking a highly organized, customer service-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support our expanding property management operation serving Boston and surrounding communities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys helping people while balancing a variety of responsibilities. We are seeking a motivated multitasker with a positive attitude who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, friendly, organized, flexible, and dependable , with a strong understanding that clients are the foundation of a successful organization and should be treated with professionalism, care, and respect. This position is expected to begin at approximately 30–40 hours per week , with the opportunity to take on an increasingly meaningful role over time as part of an established and expanding company. Responsibilities Supporting day-to-day property management operations Responding to tenant, owner, trustee, and client inquiries Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor scheduling Tracking work orders and ensuring timely follow-up Assisting with proposals, documents, and administrative tasks Helping organize operational workflows and communication Supporting leadership and property management staff across multiple areas of the business Maintaining organized records and helping ensure exceptional client service Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills required Highly responsive and organized Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Flexible and solutions-oriented Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and management systems Property management experience preferred but not required Real estate or related industry experience is a plus Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus Local candidates preferred $25–30/hour to start , depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Parking provided Mostly in-office position with some flexibility for hybrid work Additional compensation opportunities for helping bring new units under management Opportunity to be part of an established company continuing to expand its presence and services throughout the Greater Boston area To Apply Please submit your resume to General Manager, Al Norton at View email address on click.appcast.io along with a brief introduction outlining your experience and interest in joining Boston Property Care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boston Property Care
