Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pendulum Counseling and Wellness Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and develop effective, personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Offer individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods to promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and coping strategies.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Provide virtual counseling sessions to ensure accessibility for clients unable to attend in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with ethical standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of individuals facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will assist clients in their recovery journeys through empathetic and tailored therapeutic practices, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
