This role allows for flexibility while adhering to a structured work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, documenting symptoms, duration, and severity to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as structural family therapy, systemic therapy, and communication therapy to meet individual client needs.

• Offer psychoeducation and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions to improve understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

• Regularly review client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Participate in team consultations, case reviews, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and learn best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license issued in California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
