Account Executive - NYC

The role We’re looking for an Account Executive with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to help us deliver value for modern B2B finance and revops teams. Responsibilities Manage the highest priority deals in the business, from discovery calls, demos, technical evaluations and price negotiations right through to contract signature Attend investor and industry events for in-person meetings and relationship building with key prospects and customers Obses over the details of customer problems and devise collateral and creative solutions to showcase the best approach we can offer Relay critical feedback to product and engineering teams to support effective prioritisation decisions Fit Ideal if: You have a track record of high performance, likely in multiple domains You thrive under the pressure of managing a large pipeline of high‑value, fast‑moving deals You have experience selling B2B software products You are energised by the idea of working in a scrappy, lightning‑fast environment with a group of high performers You are excited to become a domain expert in the core systems of record that powers modern B2B teams, from sales in the CRM to finance in the ERP These may not be a good fit: You are comfortable with status quo You are not ready for a demanding work environment You are uncomfortable working without clear structure Even with our growth, we are still an early‑stage startup; if you need something more predictable, this is not the right fit You’re not excited about working with Finance teams and becoming an expert in B2B billing and quote‑to‑cash systems What we offer OTE: $180,000 to $260,000 Equity: meaningful share options 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Modern, flexible pension via Penfold with salary sacrifice available Visa sponsorship available Our hiring process Screening call (20 mins) with the Talent Lead, Emily. Intro call (30 mins): General chat on your background and motivations with the Hiring Manager, Enda. Sales assessment (45 mins): A live session (with prep work) walking through a Sequence sales scenario and ICP analysis.
