Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to provide care from their own chosen environment via telehealth platforms. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations to accurately identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups online to address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.

• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services effectively during urgent mental health situations, employing sound judgment and professional ethics.

• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and supplement their care with information about available community resources.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
