Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from home while staying connected to our team through telehealth technologies. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility required to accommodate client scheduling needs. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and a comfortable environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that align with each client’s cultural context and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients' mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and fostering positive outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with our integrated healthcare team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies, offering immediate support to clients while staying calm and composed.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Engage in continuous learning, attending training sessions on cultural competency and staying updated on the latest research in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive therapy for individuals and groups.

• Skills in crisis intervention and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information effectively.

• A commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary mental health setting, preferably in telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
