Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to establish accurate diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and high-quality record-keeping.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care through multidisciplinary approaches.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance clinical practice and share valuable insights with colleagues.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources to promote informed participation in their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
