Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the needs of your clients.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that factor in clients’ unique challenges and goals, consistently monitoring their progress throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to create and implement effective care strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients and families experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize situations and facilitate effective conflict resolution.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes thoroughly and promptly in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing therapeutic services to children and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will engage with a diverse client base, adapting your approach to the cultural and socio-economic contexts of those you serve.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Holding an active license in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting, working directly with children and families.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage a wide range of client demographics effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
