Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individual client needs, identifying mental health challenges through interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that sessions are goal-oriented and client-focused.

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling, using diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with a sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of the individuals you will serve.

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
