Work Environment\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position is a remote role primarily serving a hospice center environment, which necessitates a compassionate and adaptable approach. Our virtual setting requires proficiency in digital communication tools to engage effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring quality support for our young clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children, creating initial reports that guide subsequent interventions.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with family needs and developmental milestones.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate child development outcomes collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.

• Provide direct support and training to families in enhancing their child's development across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices when developing strategies tailored to each child’s unique profile.

• Perform regular follow-ups to ensure families receive the necessary support and resources, facilitating their active participation in the treatment process.

• Engage with clients using the coaching model, fostering a positive environment through effective communication and trust-building.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations, complying with health and safety standards to protect staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young children, particularly infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families, helping them navigate the complexities of early intervention services. Qualifications\n
