Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs and delays.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address specific developmental goals and strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress and outcomes, ensuring adjustments to treatment plans are made as necessary based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families, fostering a strong rapport and open communication to enhance their child’s development.

• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching approaches to promote learning and growth.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.

• Engage actively in team discussions and case conferences to share insights and improve collective care strategies.

• Document all interactions and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children under the age of three who demonstrate disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will collaborate closely with families, assessing their needs, providing support, and implementing treatment plans that are tailored to enhance their child's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW or DSW).
