Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students to evaluate mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, with a focus on achieving positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records to track client progress and treatment efficacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of K-12 students who face various challenges, including emotional distress, behavioral issues, and coping with trauma. Our focus on trauma-informed care ensures that students receive the understanding and support necessary for their development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Connecticut is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, families, and other professionals effectively.

• A strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
