Medical Director, Dermatology, MD

Medical Director role supporting Pfizer's dermatology franchise and specialty care portfolio. Reports to US Medical Affairs Leadership and based in Collegeville, PA or NYC. Develops medical strategies, builds stakeholder relationships, and ensures clinical evidence supports safe and effective medicine use.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for fair balance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive US strategic direction for brands
- Plan and lead advisory boards, symposia, and congress-related activities
- Develop publication plans and lead data generation for HCP education
- Serve as trusted clinical knowledge resource for product data and competitive intelligence
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with 4+ years dermatology or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership, peer influence, and coaching capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and team collaboration abilities
- Board certification in dermatology (preferred)
- Medical Affairs experience (preferred)
- Understanding of clinical trials and drug development (preferred)
Compensation: $230,900-$384,800 base, plus 25% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
