This position is open to both clinical fellow (CFY) and CCC Speech Language Therapists! Our clinical fellow program is very comprehensive with steps to lead you to independence with thorough & collaborative mentorship for a supervising speech language therapist! Who We’re Looking For: This full-time, benefit-eligible position is perfect for experienced CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows who are eager to grow, learn, and excel in their careers. Education and Credentials: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA CFs with strong clinical skills and a commitment to growth are encouraged to apply Skills and Experience: Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for assessment and treatment of swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders Knowledge of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and its implications for therapy Experience or interest in working in skilled nursing facilities, including short-term rehab and long-term care Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient, family, and staff education Personal Attributes: Commitment to ongoing professional development Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor and be mentored Ready to Join Us?
