Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of clinical tasks that directly impact client care:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, observing their symptoms and requirements to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing high-quality telehealth or in-person therapeutic sessions with individuals and groups, ensuring to tailor approaches based on individual client circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client services in electronic health records (EHR) and our practice management system, ensuring compliance and up-to-date information for treatment continuity.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to meet the diverse needs of patients.

• Collaborating with our administrative team to effectively manage client scheduling and intake processes, facilitating a smooth flow of client services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a wide spectrum of mental health needs, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, especially in our detox center setting. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these individuals regain stability and promote long-term recovery. You will work with clients at various stages of their healing journey, providing the necessary support to help them achieve emotional resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; however, candidates with a Master’s degree remain preferred.

• A current state license to practice as an LCSW or an equivalent credential.

• Exceptional clinical skills, including strong crisis intervention abilities and mature judgment.

• Familiarity with DSM V diagnostic criteria to effectively assess and identify patient conditions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present information clearly and compassionately.

• Strong organizational skills to keep client calendars and documentation up to date for efficient service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Feelings Forward Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, with actual compensation being commensurate with experience, education, and geographic considerations. In addition, we provide:
