Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Feelings Forward Counseling Center, your primary role will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, delivering both telehealth and in-person behavioral health services to individuals and groups.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system, maintaining accurate and thorough records of all communications and sessions.

• Staying informed about legal and ethical standards to ensure adherence in all client interactions, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

• Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share resources, and foster collaborative treatment planning.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an equivalent state license.

• Outstanding clinical skills with demonstrable experience in various therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Proficient understanding of DSM V diagnostic criteria and ability to apply this knowledge effectively in assessments.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.

Preferred Experience\n
