Work Environment\n

This position operates within an outpatient office setting, which is complemented by the flexibility of remote work. Our team enjoys a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for consistent working hours while also accommodating personal commitments. As a mental health therapist, you will have access to secure and HIPAA-compliant technology and tools, enabling effective remote service delivery and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and history, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and understanding of their therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing diverse techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches to help clients achieve their goals.

• Employ behavioral interventions to encourage client development and personal growth during therapy sessions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential for this role.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficient organizational skills to efficiently handle case responsibilities and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related disciplines is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
