Job Overview A full-time Faculty position is available in the Department of Radiology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. The position is assigned to work at University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC) and other UC Health facilities. It involves clinical, research, and teaching activities for students and residents at UC Health facilities. Essential Functions Provide a broad-based patient care in clinical specialty including inpatient and outpatient care. Precept medical students and/or residents; deliver lectures or lead small group discussions as part of the COM or residency curriculum. Act as a liaison between residents and attending physicians at UCMC, CCHMC, and VAMC. Supervise clinical duties, administrative functions and other activities determined by the program director and senior faculty. Coordinate and triage outside admissions to UCMC medical teams. Serve as on-call physicians for UCMC, VAMC, and CCHMC medical services 365 days/year. Mentor residents through training. Create and maintain academic curricula including academic half-day, morning report, and advanced ambulatory practice conferences. Participate in hospital and medical school committees as appropriate. Perform related duties based on departmental need; this job description may change. Minimum Requirements Ohio medical license. MD/DO or equivalent degree. Completion of four years Radiology residency training/post‑graduate training. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Office environment; no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
