Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on mild steel.
• Ensure quality and precision in welding tasks.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
• Participate in fabrication processes involving stainless steel and structural steel.
• Engage in grinding tasks and handle the person feed equipment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Experience with Flux Core welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Prior experience or completed schooling in welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a fabrication environment.
• Skills in grinding and handling the person feed equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worthington, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
