Capital Markets Associate

Supervest Inc. is hiring an ambitious and relationship-driven Capital Markets Associate to support outbound investor engagement and capital growth initiatives. This role focuses on portfolio reviews, courtesy calls, onboarding support, and outbound and inbound outreach to accredited investors.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, confident discussing private investment offerings, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

This role sits directly within Supervest’s capital formation function and offers clear advancement into senior investor relations or capital markets leadership as the platform scales.

What you'll be doing:

Outbound Capital Development

• Call existing investors for additional deposits
• Perform courtesy and relationship-building calls
• Support note renewals and conversions
• Conduct outbound outreach to accredited investors
• Follow up on inbound leads generated through digital campaigns and webinars

Pipeline Management

• Track leads and follow-ups in CRM
• Maintain organized call logs and opportunity tracking
• Assist in moving prospects through the onboarding process
• Assist with customer support inquiries promptly
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and capital pipeline reporting visibility

Investor Education

• Explain note offerings clearly and confidently
• Answer investor questions or escalate to the VP when necessary
• Support webinar follow-ups and email campaign outreach
• Guide prospective investors through offering materials and subscription steps

What you bring:

• HS diploma/GED required
• 2+ years in sales, financial services, or investment sales preferred
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven
• Understanding of accredited investor standards (preferred)
• Experience with fintech, lending, or alternative investments a plus
• High integrity and comfort discussing regulated private offerings

Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000 plus commission

• Commission is tied to overall performance, including a combination of capital raised, renewals, and investor retention. High performers have uncapped earning potential.
