Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources. Provide individualized therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and interventions based on clients' unique needs. Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared healing among participants. Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team to create cohesive and effective treatment approaches. Implement crisis intervention techniques and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation that aligns with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele consists of individuals from varied backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Proficient understanding of various evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches relevant to mental health. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong assessment capabilities and empathy for clients. Preferred Experience Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with digital health tools. Additional certifications in specialized therapies or assessments such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Prior experience managing diverse client populations and adapting treatment approaches to meet varied needs. Compensation and Benefits MyPsyche Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–90,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
