Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to design and administer effective, client-centered treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and develop safety plans to address immediate client challenges or distress.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation reflecting ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
