Some evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate client appointments, making flexibility vital.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance therapeutic outcomes and ensure that every client's needs are holistically addressed.

Qualifications\n
