Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health issues and support systems.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices to deliver individualized therapy sessions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, including specific goals and measurable outcomes.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention, client safety assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring immediate needs are met.

• Document interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards in clinical practice.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at providing additional support and resources to clients and their families.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops, trainings, or clinical supervision sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
