Work Environment\n

This position offers a completely remote work setting, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance. However, as the nature of our services requires, you will engage in accountability to your clients in both virtual and, occasionally, in-person formats when deemed necessary for quality psychotherapy. You will be supported by a dedicated team of mental health professionals and receive supervision as needed to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to effectively understand clients' mental health concerns and backgrounds.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote community and healing among clients.

• Engage in crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary to protect client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and prompt documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to protect client confidentiality and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals seeking support through our Detox Center. Clients may include those experiencing substance use challenges, mental health disorders, or co-occurring conditions. You will work diligently to connect with these individuals, fostering a safe environment in which they feel valued and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices, relevant assessment tools, and treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to establish rapport with clients and facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in substance use treatment, crisis intervention strategies, or trauma-informed care approaches will be given preference. Familiarity with virtual therapeutic platforms and remote counseling methodologies is also an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
