Job Summary

We're looking for energetic, driven professionals with strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our dynamic business development team. Ideal candidates are eager to progress through a clear learning and earning path. BDRs develop and qualify revenue opportunities in North America by working closely with a dedicated Account Executive(s). We're looking for highly motivated, tenacious self-starters for this role. This role is hybrid in Lehi, Utah.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel Chargebee's sales pipeline.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America (companies with 100-500 employees).
• Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, sending LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Must Have

• At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Note: This is a role that requires you to work EST equivalent daily hours. This is a hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office in Lehi, Utah).

Compensation Data

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is between US$80,000 and $90,000. Chargebee is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation packages. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience/qualifications, location, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
