Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of diverse clients through various modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Our therapists are equipped to work with clients spanning various demographics and backgrounds, giving you the opportunity to impact lives across the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW by the State of Oregon, allowing for independent and unsupervised practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally responsive therapeutic practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for new team members.
