We work closely with founders and engineering leaders at venture-backed companies to support critical hiring needs across emerging technology markets. Role Description We are hiring a Recruiter to support technical hiring efforts for our clients. This role is focused on sourcing, engaging, and managing engineering talent across Software, AI/ML, Robotics, HPC, and Semiconductor markets. You will work directly with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership to support active searches and help clients scale critical technical organizations. What You’ll Do Source and engage engineering talent across AI, Robotics, HPC, Semiconductor, and Software markets through outbound outreach, sourcing, and referrals Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and technical leadership teams throughout the recruiting process Manage candidate pipelines across multiple searches with strong organization, communication, and follow-through Conduct candidate outreach, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination across active searches Partner with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team structure Track hiring trends, talent movement, and market activity to support recruiting strategy and candidate engagement Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the hiring process PACE Recruiters offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission. PACE Recruiters offers a hybrid work schedule.
