Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while upholding professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, address stability, review treatment plans, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and evaluations for each client.
\n
• Performing intake assessments to gauge client needs and determine appropriate treatment frameworks.

• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and promote personal and professional development.

• Collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation, demonstrating competence in counseling practices.

• Proficient computer skills, with familiarity in systems such as RMS, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Capability to perform individual psychotherapy and comfortable conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually under a fee-for-service model. Our compensation package includes:
