Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify individual mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Applying a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address the diverse concerns of patients.

• Documenting clinical progress meticulously while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and best-practice guidelines.

• Working collaboratively with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for patients and families.

• Attending weekly case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve clinical practices and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Offering educational resources to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues and available community resources.

• Staying current with ongoing developments in mental health research and best practices, and incorporating this knowledge into clinical work.

• Managing a full caseload of patients, directly contributing to their mental health goals and progress in alignment with best practice standards dictated by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily support individuals and families navigating end-of-life issues or chronic illness, where mental health concerns may arise amid grief, anxiety, or relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
