Overview Join Our Team. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to support our regional donor stewardship and philanthropic initiatives. Based in Sacramento, CA, this full-time, temporary position offers the potential to become permanent. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with donors, patients, physicians, employees, and key constituents. Location Onsite | Sacramento, CA Schedule Day Shift | Full Time, 40 hours/week | Temporary Assignment | 26 weeks with potential to go permanent Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 year of experience supporting a comprehensive philanthropy program, including annual, major, or planned giving Experience with donor stewardship, cultivation, and relationship management Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to coordinate executive meetings, prepare donor materials, proposals, correspondence, and reports Experience planning and executing donor recognition, stewardship, or fundraising events Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality of donor information Preferred Requirements Experience supporting healthcare philanthropy or nonprofit fundraising programs Experience developing donor recognition programs and naming standards Knowledge of fundraising principles, annual giving, and special event planning Experience serving as a liaison with executives, board members, or major donors Strong research, data collection, and project coordination skills Ability to negotiate, influence, and build partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups Summary / Duties In this role, you will coordinate executive support activities, donor meetings, funding proposals, correspondence, and research while ensuring high-quality customer service. You will plan and implement donor recognition programs, stewardship events, and cultivation activities, including logistics, communications, invitations, and follow-up. Additionally, you will develop collateral materials in partnership with internal teams and external designers and help maintain reporting mechanisms that support fundraising efforts. As a liaison with board members and other stakeholders, you will handle confidential donor information with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr TALENT Software Services
