Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license (CCC or eligible for CFY)
• Experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in healthcare-related SLP assessment and intervention
• Previous teletherapy experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning styles
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for preschool-age students
• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff on student progress and intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
